They have always been really professional and have gone out of their way to fit us in at short notice. We’ve felt able to trust the team to do the job and they are a pleasure to have around. Thank you.

This is the second time I have used this company after the excellent job they did removing a dead tree. Once again a superb job did what they said they would do, nothing seems to faze them and they go out of their way to ensure they have done everything properly. Apart from a very smart hedge you wouldn’t know they were here.

We continue to use Smith & Arbor because they are such a great company to deal with. Their attention to detail is fantastic and their prices are very fair. Thank you again for a fabulous job. Taking 3 metres off the top of a beech hedge is not an easy task!

Smith and Arbor have been looking after the courtyard garden at our Opticians practice for the last few years. They always do a great job, and are a delight to work with.

We had a mature sycamore tree removed to a stump. Great comms from the initial quote up to the removal itself. The job itself was carried out as agreed and on some of the hottest days of the year! Everything was left neat and tidy after finishing too - would be more than happy to use again 😀

Fab service from all the team at Smith & Arbor. Lucy was great communicating with us and sorted out all permit required.Mike and Billy did a great job in the garden, pruning hedges and sorting out a large silver birch tree. They reshaped it and thinned it beautifully and it has attracted a lot of positive comments from visitors. We certainly would have no hesitation in recommending Smith & Arbor. Thanks again

Great friendly helpful company to deal with from initial contact to site visit for quotation nothing has been too much trouble. The work was carried out today, we were asked what we wanted, even down to the size the logs should be so they will fit in our log burner. Extremely professional and very safe, the clean up at the end was very impressive, if it wasn’t for the fact the tree is no longer there it would be difficult to see where they had been. Would heartily recommend them.
